A native of the Jersey Shore, Elan Sullivan is the owner and founder of Toulouse Interiors. Although she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder, Elan's passion for design brought her back to continue her education in Manhattan at Parsons, The New School for Design, earning a graduate degree in Interior Design.
Elan has traveled extensively in the U.S. and abroad. She spent time living and working in Los Angeles exploring her many interests working in diverse fields. She enjoyed her time as an au pair, an Advertising and PR executive, and as a special education teacher. Abroad, Elan lived on the island of Mauritius, off the coast of South Africa, operating an interior design shop, designing custom furniture and working as a residential designer.
Upon moving back to the states, Elan returned home to NJ and opened Toulouse Interiors, where she curates a boutique art gallery, and provides commercial and residential design services and consulting, custom upholstery services, custom framing, and art placement.
